Lawn Cutting Schedule
Mowing and trimming is scheduled for Thursdays (weather permitting) during the spring, summer and fall seasons. Please keep in mind that should we experience very dry and/or hot periods, the landscaping contractor may make the decision to skip a week, or go on a ten (10) day schedule.
Residents must remember that if your home has a fenced in rear yard, the gate must be unlocked and opened for the contractor. Also, it is the residents responsibility to make sure that turf are free of toys, bicycles, personal items and dog feces prior to the cutting. Please be aware that should the contactor run into these issues, the area will not be cut until the next scheduled day when the turf areas are clear.
SNOW REMOVAL
The Lakeview Community contracts for private snow removal services. The Services provided include the clearing of Forestview and Waterview Courts, all common sidewalks and parking areas. Lead sidewalks to units are the responsibility of each resident. Please keep in mind that parking areas cannot be cleared until a vehicle is moved. The contractor will not shovel between vehicles, but will clear the entire space once a vehicle is removed.
